4 Stages Melt Cleaning Process |

 1. Fluxing and Skimming of dross in the melting furnace is the first step of melt cleaning.
2. Porous degassing brick provide continuous degassing in the holding chamber for hydrogen removal.
3. Further down stream, and in-line rotary degassing unit is the third stage degassing and melt purification.
4. Finally, a ceramic foam filter is installed at the tundish just before the mould to ensure that no impurities get through to the billet. |
