Heat Treatment
With press exit water quenching facility, computer control aging oven, as well as in house know how, we are able to develop specific aging process to meet all types of application. For example, under age tempers are desirable for bending application while over-age tempers are more suitable for elevated temperature application.
Standard tempers on offers are T1, T4, T5, T6 and the German DIN standard F13, F18, F22, F25. Other tempers are also available on application. |

Quality Assurance
Our quality control process begins from incoming material. Every lot of incoming raw material is carefully screened and checked before acceptance. In process quality control and implementation of statistical process control technique allow early detection of potential problem thus ensuring that product is shipped within specification and within time. Mechanical properties and chemical composition are tested for each production lot by our laboratory complying with German standard DIN 1748 or DIN 17615.
